Purple Rose Home FAQ's

We have taken some of our frequent concerns and compiled them here for a quick guide to the inner workings of our secret lair.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?  All in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. All of our shipping time frames are guidelines. Hiccups with manufacturers, shipping companies and imports are out of our hands but we will do the best to keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of your order. We are a very small company with a very different business structure than bigger online competitors and we are always working as quickly as possible to get your orders as soon as possible and develop new ways to expedite the process. 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES? P.O. Purple Rose Home does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide an accurate street address for delivery.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP? We will ship UPS or USPS from our location for in stock items. We have arrangements with many companies to drop ship some of your orders. They may come via UPS, Fed Ex, or various freight companies for furniture. If you have any special delivery instructions, they must be noted on the notes section of your order. 

DO YOUR SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A DELIVERY SIGNATURE? Purple Rose Home must be notified if a signature is required or special delivery instructions must be noted. We will not be responsible for missing delivered pieces as our orders are shipped without requiring a signature. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING? We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Items that ship from our location are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS ON BACKORDER? If your order contains items that are backordered and expected to arrive in less than 5 business days, we may not notify you of this backorder. You will be notified as soon as possible if your order is backordered beyond 5 business days. You have the right to cancel the order but will lose allocation for some of our popular items that can go back out of stock as quickly as they come back in. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? Please review our returns & exchanges as well as the Shipping & Returns tab available on each product description. Some of out items are considered custom and therefore non returnable. All furniture is not returnable and if damaged, please report here


    DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING IF I DON'T LIKE MY ITEMS? You will be responsible for shipping any unwanted items (that fall under returnable) back to the correct address provided with your RA#. Some items are dropped shipped and will need to be returned to that manufacturer. If you would like to return an item that was shipped free and falls under returnable items, then the refund will be processed for the amount of the item minus standard shipping prices to cover our costs. This is null if the item is defective or damaged. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs of the item being sent back to Purple Rose Home or the manufacturer specified during the return process. Some items drop ship from manufacturer and these items will need to be returned directly back to the manufacturer. Failure to do so will incur additional charges"

    HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR FURNITURE? We work with various freight companies for the best quality and price. Inside delivery is available at an extra charge, but you must notify us of this request. Your furniture delivery requires an appointment and your phone number will be provided to the carrier to make such appointment.
