Sometimes damages or mistakes happen. We will do our best to correct the order and reserve the right to replace any damaged/defective item before a refund is issued.
Customer must inspect all items being delivered by freight and refuse any damaged items on the spot while acquiring several photos of the damages for our records. Failure to provide photos if said item is refused with no visible damages, customer will incur a 25% restocking fee.
**Please note that different fabrics, woods, and other home furnishing elements have different wear ability, and the nature of these items are uncontrollable. Wood is a living breathing entity and some expanding and minor cracks and splits, especially in climates where humidity is present, are to be considered normal IF they occur. Furniture deliveries must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival for any damages or mistakes. All damages or imperfections must be documented with the delivery driver for quality assurance and speedy resolution. Please see our Policies section for a list of non returnable custom items.
