In Store Pickup:
You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. We are currently unable to accommodate same day pickups. Please allow at least 24 hours for fulfillment.
You will have 14 business days to pick up your order with everyday items. 7 days if items are Christmas. If you do not pick up your items within this time period, items eligible for return will be restocked and you will receive a store credit in the amount of your order.

Standard Shipping:
All in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS.
PO Boxes:
Purple Rose Home does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide an accurate street address for delivery.
Extras:
Most shipped items do not require a signature at delivery and will be left on a doorstep or porch. If you can not locate the item but you received a delivery notification, please check all areas around your home. Sometimes new drivers will place them in obscure places. 9 times out of 10 the customer is able to locate the packages. We will not be responsible for missing delivered pieces.
All of our shipping time frames are guidelines. Hiccups with manufacturers, shipping companies and imports are out of our hands but we will do the best to keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of your order. We ask for your patience as we are always keeping a watchful eye on these delays.
We ask that you also review our returns & damages and terms of service pages before finalizing your order.
ITEMS THAT SHIP FREE:
If you have ordered items that ship free along with regular items, you will only be charged shipping on the regular items.
If you would like to return an item that was shipped free and falls under returnable items, then the refund will be processed for the amount of the item minus standard shipping prices to cover our costs. This is null if the item is defective or damaged. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs of the item being sent back to Purple Rose Home or the manufacturer specified during the return process. Some items drop ship from manufacturer and these items will need to be returned directly back to the manufacturer. Failure to do so will incur additional charges.
Purple Rose Home furniture orders ship free using reliable shipping companies in 2-12 weeks from your order time. Arrangements will be made prior to delivery. Deliveries are made curbside (unless otherwise noted on each item) and customer is responsible for bringing the items into their home. Inside delivery can be arranged for additional costs and must be requested via email to info@purplerosehome.com.

Items returned without an RA# or beyond the 30 day limited time period, will incur a 25% restocking fee with refund.
When providing an RA#, we will provide the return shipping address as well. Any items sent to the store or incorrect address, if noted in return email, will incur a charge for additional shipping to the correct location. Original shipping is not refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
