We’ve got the lowdown on 2020’s holiday décor plan: Put it up right now! It’s time to add some elements of wintertime whimsy to bring some joy back into our lives during what we’ll simply call a challenging year.

Our cute farm-style shop just transformed for the most wonderful time of the year, and walking through it instantly brings smiles to everyone. We looked far and wide to ensure this year’s holiday collection is full of unique, fun pieces - some for you to bring home and some to gift to those on the “nice” list. (We’re ok if you get a little something for the naughty ones, too.)

Woodsy, natural beauty

Let’s start with a time-sensitive treasure, this beautiful oversized wooden advent tree. We’ve never seen such a unique piece before, so we had to get it just for you! This tree stands about 53-inches-tall, and tucked inside, each calendar date features a little canvas sack hung on antique-looking tacks.

You can place a teeny toy, message or a piece of candy inside each, so the advent season is full of surprises. But - and this is important - in order to get the advent tree in time for December 1, orders must be placed by November 16.

The advent tree and these adorable wood and grain sack canvas trees are made in Texas by a lovely, family-owned company called Brayden and Brooks (more on them below).

The grain sack trees add some natural vibes to the room, and they come in three sizes for a variety of decorating options. Get all three or choose the size that fits your space best.

Trees, trees, trees!

We love a bunch of trees in the home during the holidays. They offer a warm feeling of the season without having to feel the chill of the crisp air outside. We added lots of new tree styles to the collection this year, and realized many of them have that natural wood-meets-canvas style, making them a mini collection!

Add some sharp, striking flavor to your space with one of these wood shiplap trees. Or, consider getting the whole set of three for yourself! Or to give as gifts! These shiplap trees look darling on a table, shelf or mantel. The stained wood offers the feeling of traditional holidays, and the style integrates well with multiple spaces and color schemes.

Last, but certainly not least, we present this amazing The Night Before Christmas tree!   The 54-inch-tall frame is stained in a lovely, deep wood shade, and arrives on a sturdy base. This is the piece that will have everyone talking this season. The classic poem by Clement Clarke Moore is presented on natural canvas in a black charcoal print. We think it’s going to be the centerpiece of your Christmas 2020 collection.

We’re thrilled to present these unique tree finds from the artists at Brayden & Brooks, husband and wife Bryan and Emily Lyszaz. Their one-of-a-kind pieces are made from repurposed vintage items. Cool, right?

Watch for weekly emails from Purple Rose Home, as we present more of 2020’s magical holiday and winter collection.

Take care and have fun decorating, Rose Buds!
