There’s no hiding that the Spring weather is taking its sweet time to show up here on the East coast. If you’re like us and you’re itching to be outdoors but the weather isn’t cooperating, consider adding faux greenery into your home to brighten your spirits - and your rooms.
How cute is the Baby Ivy Mini Wreath? The soft faux greenery looks so attractive against the white candle and compote base, making the greenery pop. The wreath is 13” outside with a roughly 6” center opening, meaning it can be styled on any broader type of candle base with a candle in the middle as an easy centerpiece. Multiplying the Baby Ivy Wreaths to surround candles and line the middle of your tablescape creates a long beautiful centerpiece.
We think this wreath can stay out all year round, but don’t be afraid to tuck some Spring flowers, like the Ivory Floral Stem, into this ring. Get creative Rose Buds!
If, like me, you think the Mini Ivy Wreath is cute, you’re going to love the Baby Ivy Candle Ring! The 10” Baby Ivy Candle Ring was designed to cuddle a candle in its 3” inner opening but don’t let that limit you!
The candle ring can easily be repurposed. Envision the baby candle rings adorning the faces of your cabinets, or smaller windows. The ivy could easily work with your décor through all four seasons if you wish.
Ok, we’ve shown you two circular ivies that lay or hang flat. This dramatic stem stands tall - 21” tall, to be exact - and works wherever you need some upright greens. It’s perfect for kitchen styling and works in a variety of container shapes and sizes.
The greens and yellows of these stems will bring those longing for spring vibes into your home. And remember, you can’t kill faux greenery! If you’ve got a black thumb, or simply can’t remember to water a plant, these greens are for you!
Spring Blossom White Candle Ring
As the seasons change, drawing inspiration from the outdoors into your home décor will help you feel spring-festive. This 12” diameter candle ring has the season right in its name!
The blooming white flowers will stand out against a white or light colored candle - think of pairing it with a pastel yellow candle for ultimate springiness. Bringing that spring-themed color palette into your home will draw the outdoors in and liven your space.
This bunch of frosted blossoms is so festive for this season. This 11” stem set in a small vase is the perfect addition to a sunny window sill or side table. This bunch is versatile enough to work well in natural-toned vessels or something with a little more saturated color. The height of the bunch set in taller vase, as shown here, creates a realistic look.
Spring Blossom Yellow Candle Ring
The Spring Blossom Yellow Candle Ring is the epitome of spring home décor. We love the candle ring paired with a creamy white candle. Even better, line a table with three or four candles plus rings for a bursting garden feel. Or, use these rings with lanterns, hurricanes or candle pillars. One more way to style the candle ring is to elevate the entire tableau on a candle stand.
This spring bunch is “sprouting” beautiful yellow blossoms. Similar to the Spring Blossom Bush White, this stem can be used in a variety of vases, but make sure the vase doesn’t overwhelm this 11” beauty. Or, combine this stem with others to fill a larger vase.
Spring Greens and White Berry Wreath
The Spring Greens and White Berry Wreath is the perfect enhancement for your front door this season. The greens and yellows give the wreath a realistic appearance. And feel free to augment this beauty with a few flower stems to add some color and keep it fresh throughout the spring season. Hanging the wreath on a thick, rich ribbon is the ultimate upgrade, too.
Spring Greens and White Berry Bush
The Spring Greens and White Berry Bush adds a green pop to a space that needs some height. This 20” lovely can stand alone in a slim vase; or, get a handful to fill out a larger container. And remember, the container for your faux greenery can add color, texture or patterns.
Or how about a wooden urn? Faux greenery is great in wooden containers because there’s no need for water. And, faux that it is, it doesn’t need a sunny spot either, so you can use it to brighten up a dark corner.
Spring Greens and White Berry Candle Ring
Seeing what a candle ring can do to transform your décor will make you think twice about displaying a naked candle ever again! And, once you’ve gotten into candle rings, you’ll realize just how many things can be turned into candle holders. Of course compotes and other footed dishes look amazing with a candle ring, but how about elevating a simple serving platter or bowl?
Kramer Terracotta Vase with Wrapped Handles
Now that we’ve talked about greens until we’re blue, let me introduce you to the Kramer Terracotta Vase. Isn’t she a beauty? The natural, textured beauty is a versatile container for your faux greenery this spring season. This vase can go coastal, desert, California, bohemian, farmhouse or traditional. It all depends on where you place it and what you fill it with.
Maybe try it with a couple bunches of the Baby Ivy Stem or even the Spring Greens and White Berry Bush. Either (or both together!) would make a statement in this vase.
Turned Natural Wooden Compote 2 Sizes
These natural wooden compotes come in two different sizes. The small is 10” in diameter and the large is 12.5” in diameter. The Spring Greens and White Berry Candle Ring would work well in the large compote with a chunky candle. As would the Spring Blossom candle ring with either white or yellow flowers. Or, skip the candle and try either one of these compotes with the Eucalyptus and Baby Ivy Mixed Half Sphere.
Those are just a few of our ideas, but we’re sure you’ve got others. Make sure to tag us @purplerosehome to share what you did with them in your home. Happy decorating, Rose Buds!
