I saw this item on Magnolia Market, can you get it for me?
We are independent from Magnolia Market. While we offer the Magnolia Home Furniture & Accessories Line (a separate entity), we do not buy direct from Magnolia Market. Magnolia Market is comprised of products from multiple vendors that we, at Purple Rose Home, have either already established relationships with or have access to the same or similar products. We are always happy to investigate the acquisition of these items but we may not always be able to access.

You carry the same items as "So and So", why is your same item a different price?
Sometimes manufacturers have similar or the same items and price them differently. And Some retailers are able to purchase items in much larger quantities than we are and receive price breaks. While we always do out best to stay competitive, we aren't always able to meet or match the prices of our competitors. We do offer a coupon for signing up for your first order and offer regular online and in store promotions. If there is a significant jump in price, we like to be in the know and it may also be a typo and we always appreciate a heads up.

I notice that you do not have all the same items online that you do in your shop? 
Our brick and mortar shop has been around since 1997. We have 8 rooms of home decor and many items are single run purchases or don't always make sense to add to the website. It takes a bit of time to add each item so we only add select items. If you ever see anything on social media images that you can not find, please contact us. 

Why are some of your items, that are not custom, non returnable or refundable? 
We do not have a large facility for stocking items and therefore we order many items for the clients at the time the order is placed. These items are not returnable to the vendor unless defective or damaged and will require a return authorization for that. Some items, if accepted for a return, will be subject to a restocking fee.
